CN 79550 is a steel caboose built by CN at Pointe St. Charles in 1972. Small white letters on the side read "ASSIGNED TO SCOTFORD". Scotford Yard is near Fort Saskatchewan.
This photo was taken when 79550 was in Edmonton in February 1997, away from Scotford. The paint on this caboose is very badly worn.
